Onboard dinner ideas?

We are contemplating ideas for what to make for dinner onboard our upcoming Abacos charter. Each of 4 couples making one dinner and the rest will all be on land. Anyone have ideas or suggestions using ingredients that are easy to get locally?

Thank you.

Will you be fishing? If so that would be the answer for a feew meals. Otherwise if you would like to keep it simple Mac and cheese and a salad? Do you want meat in the meals or not?

Having easy meals is the key. Some nights you just won't want to work hard. We chartered in the BVI's and brought frozen meatballs and sauce from home in a gallon ziplock bag. All we had to do was make a salad and boil water for the pasta.

Do you have a grill? How about an oven in the galley?

Looks like we have a propane fitted BBQ and a small oven. We have a Moorings power 474PC.
