Coming in to Ft. Lauderdale from Marsh Harbor from Yellow Air Taxi March 11, Thursday night at 6:09pm. Will it be possible to catch a flight to Pittsburgh leaving Fort Lauderdale at 7:29pm. That will give us 1 hour 20 mins.

We recommend 3 hours of connection time, as stated on your confirmation receipt for all outbound FLL connections.

Generally our morning flight gets in and out of customs within minutes; afternoon flights are a different story.

You will arrive in Terminal 4 customs, which can get swamped in the evening with Spirit Air/ Air Jamaica, and other international flights.

Sometimes we are able to request our passengers get to the head of the line at immigration, but then you will encounter a similar line at customs downstairs.

Then you will need to go to your carrier's terminal, check in, go through TSA security, and get to your gate.

This all still beats MIA, but we encourage people to build the connection time into their itinerary so you don't get stressed out after such a peaceful vacation!!

Is your scenario possible? yes. Is it likely? ummmm. Based on the above I would not recommend it.

Thanks Beth for your reply. That is the last flight going to Pittsburgh. I guess we will have to stay the night in Fort Lauderdale. We really wanted to get back to Pittsburgh thursday night. Oh well maybe we'll just have to spend the night in Fort Lauderdale.
