ferry from treasure to Guana

I saw on line that there might be a ferry service from Treasure Cay to Guana Cay through a company called Abaco Adventures. Is this the case? Prices right now on American Airlines from my hometown airport in Hartford Ct to Treasure are the lowest I have seen. I know many take a taxi to Marsh, and that makes sense, but would still be better to take a ferry from Treasure. Does anyone know if this service still exists. I saw online something called Abaco Adventures for only $25 and another called Pinder Ferry. Anyone out there know? Thank you.

What's the difference in fare? It will cost $80 to $100 for a taxi to Marsh.

Ozzie with Abaco Adventures usually has a trip on Sundays to Guana. He would probably charter; but, it would probably be less expensive to take the taxi unless it's Sunday.

Thank you for the response. It would only make a difference because what I saw online showed a ferry leaving at 3:00 from Treasure to Guana on a regular basis and that worked perfectly for the 2:30 arrival at the airport. So it seemed perfect. If there is not a regularly scheduled ferry out of Treasure I probably will take the taxi to Marsh. The price is so good into Treasure right now that I am just seeing if anyone out there knows the options. Thanks for the input. I would love to see Albury start running ferry service from Treasure as well since they are getting better and better deals into that airport right now for whatever reason.

The ferry Prozac leaves from Treasure Cay marina, NOT the ferry dock near the airport. Timing would be a big issue if you are landing at 2.30 for a 3.00 ferry departure. (Ferry is a bit of a misnomer for Prozac - regular crossings to Nippers and charter for all sorts of other outings).

Bradley airport in Hartford CT to Marsh Harbour is around $600-$700. With taxes it is closer to the higher amount. Flying into Treasure Cay is currently $450 after taxes. It is a huge difference. What is that Prozac boat? Is it on a schedule? In the past we have paid between $500-$700 to get into Marsh Harbour from Bradley but it seems to be staying at the higher end these days. I'm going to buy tickets soon into treasure because of the good deals.

American Airlines is charging $99 round trip from Miami to Treasure Cay for a wide variety of dates. They recently started this flight and are trying to push it with these rates. That's why it would be great to find direct water service to the Cays from there. Check out the website at AA.com to find the $99/rt. You have to add taxes to bring it closer to $150 but still an awesome deal.

Wow! That is a great deal. We had to taxi it back to MH. Call Prozac and speak to ozzie see what he advises. Real nice guy with a great sense of humor. He will give you good advice. We had difficulty getting to and fro as we went to different cays this past trip so we just bit the bullet and spent about $95 for a taxi from TC stopped at Spinnakers for breakfast and then onto MH but it was worth it. Just allocate the money for it unless someone comes up with a better idea.....good luck and lots of fun!!!!

Ossie (Ozzie) will charter you over there...but don't know costs. His email is abacossie@gmail.com and you can try his cell at (242) 375-8123. We have used him serveral times and will again this year. Cab from airport to marina is about 15-20min and costs $25 for the first two people then $5 per person.
