Lime Tree Villa

We are looking at renting Lime Tree on Elbow this coming July. Does anyone have any feedback that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Every year we stay at Palmetto Crest which is directly adjacent to Lime Tree. We saw the house right after construction was complete and it is very nice. We prefer this general location on Elbow Cay over any others because it is directly on the beach (a beach that is very empty and feels like a private beach) and relatively close to Hopetown.

Thanks for the info. Do you still rent a cart to go into town? Also, how close is the dockage on Nigh Creek?

i can't really say about the dock since a. we are not boating people, and b. i don't know exactly where lime tree's dock on the creek is, but the creek is down the house path and across the street - quite close.

yes, we rent a cart the entire time we are there. the walk to the lodge and 'da beach is easy enough along the shore, but hauling groceries from town is only possible by cart (again, since we do not rent a boat).
