how far is it from treasure cay to marsh harbour

does anyone know how far it is from treasure cay airport to Marsh harbour ferry dock by taxi? It is almost half as expensive to fly to treasure than MHH.. same plane with 45 min layover in Treasure than on to marsh harbour. Wondering if it makes sense to get a taxi for two people from Treasure to marsh harbour? thanks

...AND has anyone else noticed there is only one continental flight at 12:30 noon from Ft lauderdale to treasure and marsh harbour? Ideas for alternative flights in afternoon anyone??? Those of us coming from the west get stuck spending night two ways this time of year.

Probably about 50 kilometers, give or take a kilometer.

Suggest you also check out Bahamas Air from West Palm Beach (PBI) and American Airlines from Miami (MIA). AA is flying in to both MHH and TCB; Bahamas Air only to MHH from Florida. There are no bargains to be had.:mad:

thanks everyone... the big issue is that continental and bahamas air both cut back their flights until end of November.. right now there is ONE continental flight from ft lauderdale at 12:30 in afternoon that services TC and MHH booked solid for 10 days UGHHH
ended up flying American thru Miami and still have to spend night each way oh well as you say good cuban food! count down 20 days! hope for sunshine and as you know... there are no deals to be had ! gotta wonder at the tourism department for allowing airlines to cut so far back??
