I've been trying to call these folks for a couple of days and I get no answer--either with the 800 number or with the regular number. Does anyone know if they are open for business? The website is up and running and doesn't indicate a problem, but I'm reticent to make a reservation online without asking a few questions first, especially with no one answering the phone. It was -1 degree here this AM and I'm anxious to make some getaway plans! Thanks so much--this forum is great!
