Chartering a Sail Boat with a Captain?

Is it possible to charter a sail boat for a 1/2 day or a full day with a crew? No one in my family can sail but we would like to go out for a day and snorkel, see the islands etc. Can someone tell me if there is anyone with a sail boat that would take 7 adults and 4 kids?
