Hello Wayne, I sure love that boat you have, I just sold a 43' houseboat up here and would like to see your boat sometime, maybe in Feb/March., Will you be in M/H. ?? I have a Chris Craft and a Wellcraft in Ohio and I would like to get into sailing in the Abaco's. I'm looking for a somewhat of a project boat that is workable. The Morgan O/I's have lots of room that I'm looking for. Something of this sort, If you know of anything in the area, please e-mail me @ hugh.coyle@quebecorworld.com or can I call you?? Thanks Hugh :)

As for motor coaches, the answer would be No... I ran into a similar problem when I wanted to build in Abaco, I had a residence to stay in, but wanted to be near build site to keep an eye on my things so they didnt grow legs. I unfortunatly did not get the oppertunity to build.
There are only a few Motor coaches on the Island and they were brought in on special permit to be used by a Church. If one were to have a converted box truck they may have more luck, but as for the typical "RV" there is little chance of obtaining permits. Many of the Locals will build a small "Guest quarters" on the land to live in while they build their house. I found that after paying the Duty on a motor coach in the off chance I was given permit, would be more than the cost to build a small guest quarters. Besides then you will have a place to put the In-Laws....
