I'm interested in the experience folks have had with Twin Air -- timeliness, customer service, etc... The usual stuff.

My family flew Calypso/Twin Air (They've merged I guess) twice during the last two weeks. On time, good planes freindly pilots. I've been a commercial pilot for 30 years and watched these guys like a hawk: both men and machines were right on point. i will fly them again.

I have flown on several occasions with good results.

On christmas eve, the pilot took 4 pax bound for eleuthra via Treasure to pick me up and then island hop me home to Ft. Laud.

If he hadn't of organized the pick up / drop off, I would have missed holiday with my family.

Twin air is right on.

I also follow one of the Eleuthera boards and Twin Air has a strong reputation with travelers to Eleuthera.
