Eric Stone Band Spanish Cay?

I saw on Eric Stone's webite that they are performing New Years Eve on Spanish Cay. Is that a private Island? We'l like to cruise by at least and hear the music if we cant get on. Does anyone have info regarding it? I emailed him and he said he wasnt sure if it was closed to the public. He is the next Jimmy Buffett for sure. Any info ya'll may have will help.
