Can anyone tell us if Treasure Cay is using water from the new wells/pumping station out beyond the airport. If not, when is it scheduled to be put into use?? Thanks & Merry Christmas to all.

My understanding is it has already been done. I hear there is actually water pressure now! My folks told me its the first time in years that it isn't trickling out of the taps and you have to hang on when you turn on the shower!
Maybe a bit exaggerated, but the pressure has been very low there for more than 15 years and the lime content has been extremely high. I understand the water quality has improved as well.
That is progress on a possitive note!

I understand the new water station is now up and running (That's most of the time).
The water seems to stop or slow to a near stop in the mornings (I'm in Royal Palms). Otherwize the water seems drinkable and has fair pressure.

See www.TCPOA.com. Yes, the new water is on, but apparently untested so far, and the Bahamian government now wants new deposit money from all TC residents. Go figure...
