Does anyone know anything about Calypso Airline's (now Twin Air Calypso) air travel vouchers it sold some years ago when Ken Langston was at the helm (between WPB/Ft.L. and TC/Marsh? Does anyone have any? Will they still honor them even though time has passed?

Interesting question. Would like to know too. At that time, there were so many vouchers sold, that it was quite amazing. If I remember correctly, things changed thereafter. BTW, what was the expiry date for these vouchers?

I had one and tried to use it in September 06 to go back to Marsh Harbour from Ft. Lauderdale just to see if they would still honor it and they would not. I'm not sure what the expiry dates were.

In 2005 I bought 6 round trip vouchers on ebay for $600.00. I still check ebay periodically for them.

We had a few of those vouchers as well and tried to use them last winter but they would not honor them. Was'nt surprised, but we had to try anyway.

Does anybody remember, how many vouchers were sold at what rate? I have a faint recollection that it was quite a considerable number, giving a unique advance cash flow. How many of these vouchers were actually used?

Clayton Gamber says there were many vouchers sold and when he "merged" Twin Air with Calypso, he intended on honoring the vouchers. Then Calypso got into FAA trouble and a big six figure fine. Anyone ever see the FAA action against Calypso? I bet there are scads of unused vouchers out there that Twin Air Calypso should/might honor. If you have any unused vouchers, say so.
