fresh conch salad in MH

now that the boardwalk in no more, where are they making / selling fresh conch salad? i wish i could remeber the same of the gentelman that made right there by the guana ferry, but it was always the first thing i bought, and ate while waiting for the ferry ... along with a kalik :)
