Any one else out there thinking of Kaliks and Coconuts, rather than Bud Lite and the Super Bowl?
"Swinging" Hammocks vs "Lazy" Boys?
Cruisers net vs. HDTV?
Winning vs. Really Winning by snorkeling, etc. at Sandy Cay?
Boating from Lubbers to Hope Town for more beer vs "whatever you do at home" to re-load the cooler.

FlatFish - count me on your side!
I'll take the K&C any day over football, and every single thing on that list of yours!
The only one in this house with the hi-def projector running the Super Bowl is my 18-year-old daughter. She hasn't been to the Abacos yet, so she's excused. Her first trip is in 19 days.

oh that football will be gone soon enough from her then. Im a 22 year old male and thought nothing could turn me off of pro sports, and then i started traveling to the Abaco's...

Being originally from NJ, she was pretty happy to see the New Jersey Giants win!
CoolStr85 -- Hilton Head isn't bad! Not the Bahamas, no, but good temperate weather and some great food! Haven't been there in years, but while your waiting for the Abacos - not a bad place to wait!

For me, the best part of the game was Tom Petty!!

I hear ya!!!!!!!!!
20 days and I'll be walking the beach in TC.
I have been going to Abaco for 8 years now and I loooooove it. This is the first time my husband is going with me. He has been the only thing missing. Oh and my dogs they would love it there too. My kids wouldn't appreciate it. Maybe when they have wives.
PattyRudi, where do you rest your head in Abaco...we'll be there at the same time.

"Kalik. Kalik".
Almost forgot that wonderful sound! Thanks for the reminder and add......
lazy days floating on the Tilloo Bank
sinking to your ankles in soft as silk sand
coming back to your rental after a day spent in the sun and having a refreshing shower and then drinks on the deck watching the sunset
listening to the roaring sound of the cicadas and falling asleep peacefully
Ahhh, relaxed already. Great way to start the day!
