Does any one know if it is permissable to post information to see if someone would like to share expenses on a charter flight that has already been booked? We have 2 empty seats, but don't want to post it if it's not allowed. ms

That doesn't strike me as a commercial post.

we travel to treasure cay approximately once a month and just bought a king air 200. our pilot has over 25,000 hours. if you would be interested in sharing flights, charter, etc., you can email me at lakedogz@aol.com.

The question you asked is somewhat complicated as you are asking to share cost ect . I have seen many Sharing Cost cases that are ugly and most silly as it is one time events. The truth is I would not worry about it as the Us and Bahamian authorities take many months to go after the flagrant airline impersonators. These folks are abusers of Air Transportation safety laws.
