GREAT PIC's.........at low tide was there a length of exposed sand out in the Cay ? ....some call them "sand spits"....???

Off Winward there is a sand spit - I have heard that at low tide you can walk out to the island off the point - but have never experienced it myself. Someone else can confirm that, I'm sure.

I can confirm this. Did it myself in August this year. It's also a great place for sand-dollars. But don't take the live ones!
