We will be staying at the Bluff House on Turtle Cay. I have read the emails stating shorts and tee shirts as all one needs to pack. I would like to hear from another woman regarding "what to wear". Somehow, I cannot imagine wearing shorts and tee shirts in the lovely dining room for a candle light dinner at Bluff House. Of course, being a typical "girl" , I want to be dressed like the other girls.
Thanks, Kay
i think it really depends on when you are going, and what type of weather you are use to ... this time through beginning of march, i still will pack a pair of lightweight pants and a lightweight jacket, more for on the boat, or for walks when the wind really picks up (there will still be some cold fronts that can come through)
as for dinners out ... i would probably bring a lightweight, wrap around type skirt and pair it with a nice top, nothing fancy at all, but that is me ... i always pack way to many shoes ... really last time i just wore my flip flops everywhere, except when we went "to town" and then a had great walking shoes

This might give you an idea.......The shorts and T-shirt thang is very true.....except.......for a "formal" nite out. I wear Khaki shorts with a "collared" shirt.....usually a golf shirt. As always, underwear is still optional......ken

Casual to casual elegant...depending on the time of year! But just in case you get that "I have nothing to wear.." feeling you can buy "resort wear" either at the Bluff House gift shop, the Green Turtle Club gift shop or in the town of New Plymouth at the Golden Reef... other accessories are available, but bring your own shoes!!! Girl to girl...sneak a pair of dressy sandals in that bag!!!!

We'll be there soon as well - looking at WunderGround, the weather looks to be about 75*F on the average - we are bringing mostly shorts, but some cooler weather clothes as well. Its definatly hard to pack for that kind of weather, when it is 8*F outside!

Bring a little of everything, but bring what you are most likely to wear and most comfortable wearing. Use the trip as an opportunity to treat yourself to a tropical resort wear outfit and bring it with you. I am not big on shorts and t-shirts, but I do bring a few. I bring lots of sarongs and tops and sundresses. I find them more comfortable. I tend to run a bit cold so I always bring a lightweight jacket even in the summer. This time of year I am planning on bringing a pair of jeans for evenings. And yes throw in a sexy pair of sandals.

It was quite cool and windy for the last five days we were there this week. We wore sweatshirts and long pants at night, particularly. Yes, I would recommend a light jacket or sweater for sure.
We went to dinner on Friday night only and wore elegantly casual. It was appropriate.
I loved the expression, "take half the clothes and twice the money".
