Hi All. I need some help. The more research I do on where to stay the more confused I get. We are a group of 6 or maybe even 7 adults all first timers. We will be in Abaco in mid-July. We have it narrowed down to a couple of houses, but before we make the final decision we would love for input from you experts.
The following list of houses are those we have it narrowed down to:
Breeze - Guana
Puda Vida - Guana
Grandview – Guana
Sunrise Point – Elbow
Topside – Elbow
Thanks in advance for your input.

I've never stayed at Topside but have often stayed next door. When I've met people staying there they always have nothing but good things to say about the house. It is on the small beach facing the Sea of Abaco on the north end of Elbow. Just a short golf cart ride into Hope Town. There isn't a dock at that house but the public dock is just down the road. Quiet area on the north end.
Have you checked with the rental agencies to see if all those homes are available during your time of travel? That might help narrow down your choices if you haven't done that yet.
You may want to do a little more research to decide whether Guana or Elbow is better for you. House locations may vary also, but I am not familiar with any you are looking at. We wanted ocean front as opposed to Sea of Abaco on our first trip and that really narrowed down the list. There may be other "must have" amenities that could narrow your choice (TV, dock, laundry facilities, etc.).
