Last New Year we were in Abaco, this New Year, Iowa. These photos should make everyone appreciate Abaco even more. Quick observation-Iowan have way too much access to the candidates. You can't go outside without tripping over one or another.

The only things that can justify going to Iowa from Florida in this kind of weather, is grandkids or pheasant!

If it is any comfort, it's really not warm in Abaco today!!! Windy and chilly!

we got some of that snow here in Chicago too. Bitter cold. brrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Windchill below zero.

4 feet of snow on the flat spots here, negative temp. with 20 mph winds tonight. I don't even want to do that wind chill math!
I'll take "chilly" in Abaco any day!

Just came back from Vermont Tues night in a snow storm! Back to NJ and it is freezing here today.....brrrr....all I could think of as I made it to the car in VT was white sandy beaches, turquoise water....it became my mantra!
