Boar Rental during XMAS

I have been counseling friends on their first trip to Elbow Cay. Unfortunately, they missed the part when I told them to rent a boat for their stay and now they are scrambling.

Does anyone know any rentals available on or around December 26?

Suggest your friend go through the sidebar of this page for boat rentals and call or e-mail the companies found. Also suggest they do an internet search for "boat rentals abaco bahamas" and that will catch most of the rest of the companies that don't advertise on this board. When I was renting a boat for this coming summer (calling in November), the phones were often busy and I would have to call frequently to finally get through. Would suggest contacting Seahorse Boat rentals, Island Marine boat rentals and Water Way Boat rentals since they (and others) have boats on or close to Elbow Cay. Other companies, Blue wave, Seahorse Marine, Rich's Rentals (and others) have boats available in Marsh Harbor so they may avoid a ferry cost when arriving and departing. Another option is to ask on this board if someone who planned to visit the Abacos during Christmas, rented a boat and now can't go - maybe you can pick up their reservation and possibly keep them from loosing their deposit. Not sure where you can get a boar rental but Johnny at Nippers does a great pig roast.
