Seeking neighborly info

Good day new neighbors,

My little family of 3 is moving to Abaco in mid-January and am wondering if someone can be so kind as to recommend a pediatrician, our little man Connor is 18 months old, and a babysitter. Is there a mommy or daddy group on the island for sweet ones his age? If in the Marsh Harbour area, I recommend New Vision Ministries. Large, non-denominational, faith-based church with a great many young families. Awesome worship services and lots of love.
