Would anyone owning a residence in Abaco be interested in doing a home exchange for our condo in Cocoa Beach, FL? It is a nice, ocean-front, 5th floor, multi-level unit with 14-foot high glass and balcony directly on the beach. It has a new kitchen and tile, two bedrooms with king-sized beds, and two baths. The 27-unit building has a pool. This is located 5 buildings south of Cocoa Beach pier and easy walk to Ron Jon's. It is a 1-hour drive to Disney world. Rocket launches can be seen from the balcony.
