I have not stayed there but I know that is is suppose to be very nice. It is not in the center of TC....it is in the golf course area and you will need to take the golf cart to go into the settlement area. It is close to a very nice beach. Next to the abandoned Banyan Beach club which was very nice before the hurricanes of 2004. It gives a lot of privacy and if you want a pool you can always swim at the Marina pool. Good luck with it. I knew someone that stayed there and liked it. Jersey Girl stayed there. Maybe you could pm her.

Mark's bungalow is very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. We did not have to rent a golf cart as it comes with one. We would defintely rent there again.

Mark is a great guy, and you will be able to find him at all hours at the JIC boat rental location at the TC marina if you needed anything. I recommend him as well for fishing and diving/snorkeling excursions.
