Great to be back on Guana Cay. It rained cats and dogs from the time we arrived at Curly Tails for a beer as we waited for the 3:30 ferry.
On the way across to Guana the ferry captain had to use his hand-held GPS - it was coming down 'big time' and the wind was blowing, could not see the horizon, BUT it was really awsome.
As we neared Guana, the rain stopped and the wind slacked - Guana was dry.
We ran into our friends, Ann (A Pogie as a board poster) and Chuck, at Nippers and had lunch and one or six drinks (I am not a counter).
I will try to post some phots as time goes; we are actually here until
18 AUG.
To all of our friends who have stayed at L'il Gecko, thank you, you have taken great care of it.
Ann, Kathy and Chuck at Nippers. Sorry about the quality, but after those one or six drinks I think I took the photo into the sun. I'll do betten next time.
It's 'GOODER ON GUANA'.
