Arrangements are made. Staying two days @ Abaco Beach Resort and two days @ Green Turtle Cay....starting June 30th. Want to see and do as much as possible in the short time we are there. Should we rent a golf cart and tool around by ourselves?? Can we just walk everywhere? Are there must see's or must do's?? Don't want to rent a boat....or go fishing ..but would love to rent a guide to take us to remote islands...anyone know who does this?

At Green Turtle, contact Lincoln Jones or Brendals to do a day trip! Call and book now though. As far as the golf cart.....not sure at Abaco Beach Resort (you may be fine without one). On Green Turtle, you may want to rent one depending on where you are staying.

I would rent a golf cart on green turtle. Its a beautiful island and you will have fun just exploring in the cart. You could get Brendal to take you snorkeling or on a sunset baot ride.

As far as your stay in Marsh Harbour, not a golf cart type of town. You can walk to the ferry dock (not a bad walk if you like to walk) and go visit Guana. Need to take that walk to Nippers and see that view of the ocean. Awesome. Plus I wouldn't want to miss that Nippers Juice!! You can snorkel some there, too.

The other day in Marsh Harbour, you can get a cab to take you to the shore off Mermaid Reef. Its an easy swim to the reef. Afterwards, walk up the road to the Jib Room for an afternoon cocktail.

For the evenings in Marsh Harbour, there are several good places to eat and have a cocotails or two within walking distance of the resort. We stayed at Boat Harbour our first time to Abaco.

Brendal is easy to find, but we're just starting on Lincoln's web site, you can call him here - Work - 242-365-4223, Cell - 242-554-8637

For a cart on Green Turtle, check with Marilyn at seasidecartrentals right at the ferry dock, they're advertisers here on the board. ON GT you'll need a cart to get any where.

Check out the Gully Roosters at the Bluff House if they're playing, they're a blast.

Tell them Todd & Jen from Under the Palms sent you, all great people.
