Fishing License?

HI ALL, Ive heard there is no such thing as a stupid question , so here is a stupid question. If im fishing from a rental/rented boat do i need a license to fish on the inside/ Sea of Abaco. I wont be fishing in the atlantic from my rental but i might try a little surf fishing on the atlantic side and from the dock where we are staying in hopetown,would i need a license there as well?THANKS.

Fishing license comes automatically when renting from a Bahamian rental boat company.
don't need license for surf or dock fishing.

What if we have a skiff included with the rental of our American owned house? We will only be keeping what we will eat while in Abaco. No plans to take any fish all the way back to Arizona.

No plans to take any fish all the way back to Arizona.The boat will need to have fishing licence and the boat should be licenced and inspected by the Port Authority for charter.
