Regattas - Another $$ increase/assessment??

Has anyone heard about a $600 fee to be paid before we use our 2005 week?
I was told a mailing from Regattas about this went out, but I haven't rec'd that mailing.
Any info as to what this additional fee is for would be helpful and appreciated.

Just opened the mail. There is an assessment of $635 per owner week to cover hurricane damage repair cost. Resort has insurance, however, damage was minimal and did not trigger deductible.

A "Certificate of Ownership" was also enclosed. I believe that is a deed in the Bahamas.
