Want to buy new home in the Abaco's

I am looking for a 4 bedroom 3 bath home on the water. I will consider larger also. I would prefer new construction or almost completed construction. I also would prefer access to a runway nearby. I need a dock or the space to build one.

I have looked in all the ads but can't find what I am looking for.

My last home got destroyed by Jeanne.

We have a house on Brigandine Bay. I will be there on 14 th of January and leave on 28 th.of the same month. We had a dock but it has been destroyed by Jane. We have only three bedroom and two bath. There is a third toilet in the garage.
The house is for sale and I want to give it to an agent When I will be there in January.
The name of the house is sabl'eau Soleil on Snowmast Street.

Sounds like you may like Scotland Cay. All residential, has an airstrip, Upscale homes, excelant builders there and on the water or private slips at the private marina there. Check listings with agents concerning Scotland Cay, you won't be disappointed.

Try any of the cays near Marsh. The ferry makes for a relaxing trip from the airport. Your closer to the fish. I'd pick one with service's.
