Has anyone stayed at the Ambassador Inn or Bustick Bight Resort & Villas in Marsh Harbour or know of other small Inns to stay at in Marsh Harbour? (I have already checked the yellow side bar)

The only place I have stayed is the Conch Inn and I sure wouldn't recommend it. It is not a friendly place to stay and is noisy and no hot water the three times we have stayed there. Plus, last time, March 18, 2007, they lost our reservations and we almost didn't get a room.

Try Lofty Fig Villas.

Ambassador is out past the port and has very plain single rooms. No ammenities.
Bustic is new and on the marls but you would need a car to get back and forth from Marsh as it is about 4 miles out of town.

You may want to check into Pelican Beach Villas. We do not stay there because we are on our boat. But we walk our dogs on the beach there 3 times a day. So we have met quite a few of the folks that do stay there. I have yet to hear a negative comment. It is a quiet spot with a beautiful view from each villa. Also, it is just a short walk or swim to Mermaid reef. The villas are located behind the Marsh Harbor Marina and Jib Room. There is also a protected inlet beside them where you might be able to keep a rental boat. It is a short and cheap taxi ride or about a 20 minute walk into town.

Thanks all for the input. Danali, I usually stay at the Pelican Villas and they are booked for the time I am going. I received an e-mail from Lofty figs so I am going to look into that , and my Abaconian friends are looking into a few other options. Thanks all.
