I will try this one. I did not get involved in the football one because the Tar Heels forgot how to play football after Max Brown deserted the ship.
Lot's of great big guys and small guys (teams).
Things like this are good board interests. It is nice to see all of the different alumni out there with an ABACO interest.

They made it last year but faltered in their tourney this year. But they wont last night in 1st round of NIT.

My BB favs are Duke and Gonzaga (niece went to Zag). But I don't see them going far this year. (Maybe I should cheer for Florida. That would doom them for sure!)

I just realized that somehow, my championship game didn't get entered! It kept saying incomplete, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I did pick Ohio State to win, 79 - 76 over Kansas. Although it really doesn't matter, Duke killed my chances of winning.

Kathy, I am pro Bobby Knight, although he's dissapointed me now 2 years in a row in the tournament. I live in the past though, remembering the Bobby Knight of my youth, during the 70's and 80's vs. the latter years.

Apoggi, Coach Grant was an assistant at florida for the entire time I was there and working for the Athletic Association. I knew him well and respected him a lot. add in a bred-in hatred of Duke, and I couldn't pick against him.

Well, for the SECOND time this year, my 9 year old son has woke up, turned on ESPN to find out the outcome, then made a pile of all his OSU clothes, croc's, etc. on the kitchen floor, destined for the trash!! I just smile, he's learning the hard lessons of being a hard-core fan of any team!! Congrats to the Gators! I'm willing to bet that OSU fans now hate Florida more than Michigan, and I didn't think that was possible!!
