Customs Forms?

We are taking over some christmas lights and stereo speakers as a gift for a Bahamian friend. Have all the sales receipts to establish the value for duty charges but are there customs forms that can be obtained online and completed before entering to speed up the process?

Any other advise so it goes smoothly and quickly?
