Does anyone know if yoga is offered on Elbow Cay? We'll be there March 29-August 5. Thanks! That's a great question and I do not know the answer. Wish I did. I know water aerobics is offered around Treasure parts of the year. I think yoga is done at the Coco Bar some mornings too. It's very informal and just hit or miss as to what time of the year. I hope someone else who is knowledgeable about Elbow will respond.

One idea, which I have done, is to print off a series of Yoga poses off the internet, and hold your own class by yourself. I have done this with good intentions on my trips, but have not had much success getting to this! I even have the Yoga mat over there. I was going to just follow the pose "pictures" , with my mat on the deck or on the beach. It's worth a try if you cannot find a formal class with teacher. I am sure it would be really nice to do this first thing in the morning on a beautiful deserted beach.

In past years, Yoga has been offered a couple of mornings a week at the church behind the post office, outside, although, not totally reliable--Good luck..

Hi norvell, I used to do yoga to a video and finally memorized the whole thing...that was helpful because with pictures in a book, I'm never sure I'm doing it correctly!

I will definitely do my short yoga routine solo on the beach if I can't find a class (I did that in Mexico the last two years...it's a fabulous way to wake up!) Thanks everyone!

For yoga you should contact Rachael Aberle for classes. She is in Hope Town and you can reach her at 242-366-0722

..... Go Bucks!Hello Saugatucker, I had to check your join date after your last post. Now elcahun, irryt, TA, Buckeye, coolchik and other Buckeyes don't get mad at me but I just have to let her know about the bet.

Welcome to The Board and no this post is not meant to "stir up" throwing salt in the wound. I just thought Saugatucker might find it interesting. This is the first "Go Bucks" I have seen in several weeks. Are we ready for some football on Sunday? "Go Colts" ... I think AbacoWIlly voted for the Bears so I have to "Go Colts" http://coconuttelegraph.net/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif Told you I was a college fan all the way!

Hi Abacomah, I was lurking during the pre-game festivities and the post-mortem...I mean, post-game...avatar swapping. I decided not to jump in and reveal my Buckeye allegiance once we lost so magnificently!

I'm with you, I'm a college fan...but there are lots of former Chicagoans in our community, so it's hard not to be swept up in Bears fever.

Hey Kate and Andrew,
Looking forward to meeting up with you. I am usually in Jack's for Happy Hour so we'll have a cold one then.
