Sunday my son suggested we go snow skiing, was about 30 degrees, We had a wonderfull time until I fell and had to be haulled up the hill to the lodge by the ski patol. Now I'm on crutches in a recliner in the cold weather just thinking, If I were in abbaco overlooking a beach or marina or had my boat back there?
Just dreaming and couldn't help myself

I'm with Half-a-hamian, you need sand between your toes! How's the skiing in Ky. the season here in the east has been horrible, but it has gotten cold and they are making snow like crazy.

Went to Paoli Peaks in Ind. They had made Snow and had just a dusting from the storm.
I had never sno skied before so I woulnt know good or bad, but I did enjoy it, ill exept the last fall.
the skiing sucks everywhere, unless your in Co or Utah etc..Here in the NE upstate NY, Vermont etc it is one of worst years I can remember

we've got plenty of slopes, we just can't convince the snow to stick around. A state park bought the lifts, equipment, snow machine, etc. After several really bad years, they converted it all to a winery.
