Hi, everyone. I'm new to this forum. I've been coming to Cherokee Sound for many years now. Way back when I bought the house I bought it "net," and I didn't pay too much attention. I may have to sell the Cherokee house, so if I'm the seller, what does the "net" mean? Also, what's the deadline to register to bring in hurricane-damage-repair materials dutyfree, and how do you do it? Thanks.

"Net" means the buyer pays all the closing costs.

I am also curious about the location and price if you are thinking of selling.

Cherokee For Me: I sent you a private e-mail.
Stonesthrow: I tried to send you a private e-mail...couldn't.
My front door faces Stewart and Corella's front door. I'm next to the shop, Southwest.
