Wanted to know if we will disappointed with water temp. around Elbow Cay in April?

Not having the benefit of a fur coat....I still find the water perfect in April. We have been there the last 2 April's.

We were there first week in April this year it was really starting to warm up and be nice. Water also.

The average water temp in April is 76 degrees. We usually take Short John wet suits with us just in case.

west coast or nothern east coast you will like it.

From the southern east coast or gulf of mexico you will think it is cold.

It's wonderful in April. If you go scuba diving you'll want a wetsuit, but otherwise you should be comfortable in the water without one.

I'm from Florida and I couldn't take the water in late April without a shorty.
