I know of at least one person living in paradise that is getting into the Fall mood. Thought those of you lucky enough to live in Abaco might enjoy a little bit of Fall. We're not in full color yet here in South Carolina but this is a tree in my back yard.

I'll be in paradise in THREE Days ... I am sooooooo excitedhttp://coconuttelegraph.net/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif

By the picture it looks like you leave one paradise to vacation in another paradise.

Thanks Cathy Arizona. We do live on a beautiful landlocked inland lake. Water's not clear and it does get below freezing sometimes but I can't complain. Nothing like Chicago, Johnrudy!!!!

Oh it's not really so bad. The bad weather always ends in a few months and then it's an awesome spring and summer. (And I'm originally from Alabama!!)

Have a fantastic vacation!!!!

abacomah,
Enjoy paradise!

Here in Mystic, CT we have enjoyed a weekend of rain (2" - 3" inches) and winds gusting over 60 mph Saturday, clear, cool (low 50s) and windy (still gusting over 40 mph) today. Our peak color is now on the ground ... or maybe blown down to SC.

The boat is on the hard and we're headed to the shipyard to remove the remaining food, beverages and equipment ... a sure sign of the season's change here in New England.

You definitely meet the criteria "In need of an immediate trip to Abaco"! I absolutely hate cold weather. I just don't know how you northerns do it. It's too cold for me right now in SC. I am ready for Spring. Like Johnrudy says.... just a few months of this...four for me. If you ever want to winter your boat here just let me know. I'll be glad to take it out on a daily basis to exercise it. You of course will have to supply the fuel, food, beverages, etc

Here in PA, we too experienced a wet, cold, windy weekend that blew all of our beautiful fall leaves to the ground. But while they lasted, they were glorious.

Now that winter is on its way, we DEFINITELY need some Abaco time.

12/25 - 1/3 - CAN'T WAIT!!!

We had a 70 degree Sunday, deep blue skies and a nice little remote farm pond to enjoy the day!

I figure it was an 8lb largemouth. The more I study the photo it may evolve into a 10lber before the end of the winter!

All very pretty. At the Jersey shore it was not a nice weekend also. Very rainy windy on Sat. and Sun. too cold to take the kids on the swings. Makes Abaco even more desirable. ABACOMAH.....have a great time let us know about it. If Western night is still at Coco Beach Bar, enjoy Pizza Night at Tipsy's and Florences for goodies. Have a wonderful time. Am trying to tie our trip together for winter. I also can not stand the cold. Our nice season here is very very short. We probably have a good four months and than the rest can be very iffy.

Hi Jerry,

I put the not just red comment in there just for you. I got one at UGA and one at GA TECH so Thanksgiving should be fun around the house!
