Cell Phones and Bikes

Hello - we are new to Abaco and will be spending vaction time near Bahama Palm Shores. What US cell phones work well in Abaco? Also, we want to buy bbicycles for our family. Is there a place to buy good bicycles in Marsh Harbour (good -- not great or crazy expensive, but better than Walmart bikes.)
