This is not a solicitation. We just bought a lot on Lubbers, and am anticipating making some periodic "bidness" trips over the upcoming year to coordinate the land clearing, contractor meetings, etc.
Would anybody be interested in trading out use of their 1-2 br property in either Lubbers, Elbow Cay, or Marsh Harbour for the use of our 2br island-style condo on Don Pedro Island, Florida (5 miles north of Boca Grande). Other than being able to drive out to the island on a ferry barge, the ambiance is much like Elbow Cay, where you get around with golf carts or bikes, 4 miles of open beach to walk down, and great sunsets over the Gulf.
