Duty free when if is the cut off date? And do you need diaster relief froms still?

Trying to find out if you still need diaster relief forms still and can you ship over still duty free the things that were damaged in the hurricanes? and if so what is the cut off date? We just got our veichles and contents okayd Friday but we are still waiting on the condo building as a whole for that claim. We'd like to start and not wait and be late. Can any one give us info on he duty for the hurricane? Plan on fixing up this winter to play in the summer! :) A couple of condo owners at T.C. would like to know! Thank you!!!!!!
