In looking at the new Google Earth satellite images, it looks there has been some MAJOR developing of Matt Lowes Cay..... can anyone enlighten us?? Ken

We were there in April. From the beach, other than the new palm trees.... it does not seem like much has changed.
If you walk further inland, they are dredging out the middle BIG TIME, and there is lots of concrete and structures being put in. I was told it is a new marina and developement. BIG doings....
How are you Ken? Sorry we missed the Carolina Board Meeting! My brother ended up buying a place on the New River.

thank you Patti. Haven't posted in a while.....my laptop crashed, I had to have it vacuumed and everything reinstalled.....after that circumnavigation of the globe I couldn't log in to post........just today I figured out a "fix". Hope to bring "da boat" to Abaco in December....we'll see. Hope you guys can make the next CBM......hey 'cahun, I WAS surprised to see the amount of dredging going on on Matt Lowes, especially since no one has posted about it........it looks like big time dredging going on from the photos.....Ken

Bought and being subdivided...

We went in by boat. Slips for over 100' yachts and then a marina at the end of the channel. Didn't know the island was that large.
