TC Beach..Private ? Fishing ?

Dumb question....I will be in TC this spring. I will be using a guide for a few days on the Marls ....Question: Is the 3 1/2 Mile beach considered private and off limits to some wading and casting to bonefish ? Of course I will respect others "space" and do my best not to "hook" anyone ;)

TC beach is all public. But you aren't likely to see any bonefish there. Its all sand, beautiful, but little habitat for bones. The marls is your best bet.
