Boat /Vacation Home trade

My husband and I currently own a boat kept on the hard in Green Turtle Cay for the past 10 plus years. Due to our recent additions to the family, Alexandra, born April 13, 2006 and our dog Lily, we have outgrown our boat which is now for sale.
Until we sell and find a new boat to accomodate us we would still love to sail the Abacos this coming spring 2007, yet we do not want to charter if possible. What we are looking for is the possibility to do a trade.
Our home is in Tabernash, Colorado, only miles from the ski areas Winter Park and Mary Jane. We have a newly constructed home of 6,000 sq ft with a one bedroom lockoff apartment. It is beautifully furnished mountain style, fireplace, full kitchen, walkin shower and great views of our local mountain, Byers Peak!

We would like to find someone who keeps a boat in the Abacos and would like to do a trade for our apartment. Our preference to sail is next March 2007, and the apartment is available throughout the year, except July, Aug., and Sept. (our mom lives with us during that time).

I have tried to attach two photos, one of our boat 'Confido' sailing in Abaco and the other taken this morning out our front window in Colorado of a hot air balloon rising up from the valley with Byers Peak in the distance.
