Hi Everyone,
This morning we attended a Native Plant Expo held by Friends of the Environment. The speakers were Mrs. Martha Hanna-Smith (author of Bush Medicine in Bahamian Folk Tradition) and Mr. Keith Bradley of Institute for Regional Conservation South Florida.
Both were really good -- very informative and funny.
It was a standing room only crowd which was really nice to see.
If you are coming down for a visit or planning on building here, we can highly recommend Mrs. Hanna-Smith's book (it's available on Amazon.com).
