Lets just say that a Cruise Line put some time and money into dredging a channel only to give up the whole thing because the passage was to rough....any rental boat you get I bet will be smaller than a cruise ship...some days the water is flat but on the most part expect chop of some sort...even if the rental boat can handle the chop the wind will blow the spray up and over the sides of the boat and keep you nice and wet...when it is flat get out there and go go go
