Knute - I was visiting my godmother this weekend in BPS. There are currently 4 lots for sale either on the beach or across the road facing the beach. The ones across the road facing the beach were $80K, $130K, and $150K. There is a 2 acre lot on the beach for $440K. Hope this helps.

Sorry that we are not going down right now. We cancelled our trip until January. But I can tell you that having gone down to BPS now for several years, it is really an exquisite beach. It is rough and simple, and really beautiful in BPS.

Hey Knute,
I have been going to Cherokee Sound for over 30 years and during that time developed a deep love for the BPS area. Recently I purchased a lot there. It is not on the water, however, it is only a couple of streets from the 8 mile beach. If you could contact someone from Cherokee named Derik Weatherford, or perhaps Junior Albury from Cassurina Point, they would be more than happy to go and take pictures of the lots in question. I know that Junior has a lot or two for sale there himself. Hope that this will be of help.
