Last night in Orlando the rain, lightning, and thunder was pretty spectacular. It's been 40 some-odd days without a drop 'round here but we don't have cisterns to fill. Enjoy Mother Nature's gift.

Anybody on Guana have a rain report?

Don't worry, Norvell. You can definitely take some long showers and a few bubble baths at South Pause. It's delightfully raining buckets. Spectacular lightning & thunder.

The great rain stoped just as I was finishing my post about 1/8 inch this morning. Looks like lots of activity to the west so we should get some more?

Sounds great!!!

We bought a big bag of sushi "accessories" this past week to bring over, inspired by Ken. Got the rolling bamboo mat, various sauces, sushi rice and vinegar, and seaweed papers. Now all we need is the fish!

Miss you guys! Hugs to Kakuli and Bianca.

We're at Sea Level right now and we had torrential rain for about an hour this morning and there's a big cell to the west that may hit us in the next hour or so. It's going to be a wet night, but the cistern will be very happy!

We had a nice day today with cloud cover and 20+ knots out of the N.E. Now it is dinner time on Wed. and it is starting to rain again! This is great we have caught almost 4000 gallons of rain at our home and the cottages are all overflowing, plants perking up and look great!
