We just returned from 6 days in Hope Town. I was amazed at the progress they have already made. The beaches and ocean were spectacular. There is more cleanup and painting to be done but they are hard at work. There were several busy insurance adjusters roaming the island. The vegetation is already beginning to bud. The Lodge is open and Capn Jack's is to open soon. Froggies is cleaned up and there was a group working on repairing docks over the weekend. There was even a wedding on Saturday! We plan to return very soon.
