Golf Cart for HTHL

We anticipate staying at the Hope Town Harbor Lodge in late July and will have a boat rental for the week. Given the location of HTHL, would we also need a golf cart rental to take full advantage of all that Elbow Cay has to offer?

we have done both - rented a boat and a cart or just a boat. The boat is needed for trips to the other cays and also to visit Tahiti beach. If you want to go to Abaco Inn for dinner you can go by boat but can't travel after dark with it, the same with going to Sea Spray for dinner. You can call both of them and have them pick you up for dinner and take you back but we prefer to have the cart along with the boat. It give you much more freedom to come and go as you please if not on the boat. Hope this helps.

The cart is great for when the sea is too rough to go out on. You can always stop for a drink and food at On Da Beach, Abaco Inn, Seaspray.
