Hello, can anyone tell me if there is a notary in Marsh Harbor that would be available
on a Sunday? March 19th to be exact. My wife will be arriving by boat and we
desparately need to have a power-of-attorney notorized in order to close on our house
in Miami. The closing agent really messed things up.

I would really appreciated an infomation that I could relay to her. She will be under a tight
schedule since the ship is only clearing customs.

You will need a Bahaman Notary, naturally, since Marsh Harbour is in The Bahamas...I would contact any Real Estate Agency or Bank or Insurance Company in Marsh Harbour during normal work-week hours, and see if you can arrange for someone to help you out on a Sunday.
