Heaven, and HE's holding my reservation. In the interim, however, Abaco is about as close as it gets!

I totally agree with you. To me Abaco is my heaven on earth.

Yep, we're the same as you. I think our Dodge Guide looks like it's 10 years old already! This will be our first trip (we'll be there in 9 days!) and I just know that it's where we NEED to be. My husband Rick and I are going alone this trip (asked another couple to go but they declined-I'm starting to kind of wonder about them) but we're already planning next years vacation with 2 other couples. My 80+ year old folks and their friends are also thinking of a trip too! (They used to cruise the USVI/BVI's but are more landlubbers now.) Being in Southern California most people have no idea of where we're going. All they can think is Paradise Island. It's like I want to tell the whole world about the Abacos and then again, not tell anyone! Anyhow, we'll be posting a trip report with plenty of pics. Have fun! Tina

You'll love it. As a fellow SoCal I know what you mean. And living with our dark and cold pacific ocean you will just be entranced with the Abaco water.

113 days to go!

From NoCal here and our water is colder than my iced tea. The Abaco water is really going to be a treat for me. 35 days!

We will be on Guana last week of June. Open invitation for cocktails to all board members.

Ooh, that's chilly! Yep, I think it's the water that's calling me. (I love the Pacific but it's just not the same as that gin clear turquoise water.) Also, the white sand, I can't wait to get my toes in it! My husband on the other hand, can't stop talking about the fishing. Where, how, for what-it's driving him crazy. At least he knows when, that'll be everyday!

Elcahun, you don't happen to be from El Cajon, do ya?

We're going with Kamangee. Ssshhh, don't tell him, but when we get over there my wife and I are planning on keeping them liqoured upfor the next 20 years so we can just stay there. They'll never know what's going on. We'll send for our daughter and live happily ever after.
